Sorry I do not see you as a soulmate with you libra man. Whatever you had with him is only in your past. It looks like you are under a lot of distress right now and you need to take back control of your life. Also you need to plan for your financial because this man will no longer help you with that either. I think you should take his words face value and understand that he really moved on and you have to do the same.
One important aspect is in your environment. It looks like somebody - on the others position is trying to trick or mislead you. Please be wise and do not fall for it.
